LEADING WITH PEOPLE: A SIX PILLAR FRAMEWORK FOR FRUITFUL LEADERSHIP

In Leading with PEOPLE, Zac Bauermaster examines how to live and lead in a way as God designed, living for God above all else and loving those around us. As leaders, It's time for us to quit living distracted lives and focus on what truly matters: People. We were made to be in community with God and others. This book is about leading with people in ALL areas of life and involves our thoughts, words, and actions-every second of every day. There's no more trying to lead alone-we must lead with a heart for PEOPLE:A heart that Prioritizes people.A heart that Empathizes with people.A heart that Observes needs and responds compassionately.A heart that Prays for and with people.A heart that Loves people.A heart that Encourages people. When we recognize it is God we are leading with and for, we can see differently, and we can lead differently. Only God can strengthen us to be His hands and feet, serving as salt and light to those we lead. When we align our hearts with God's heart, there is no limit to the transformation that can take place across our homes, families, schools, businesses, and organizations. The PEOPLE Framework will not only transform how leaders approach each day, it will fruitfully impact the lives of those we lead.
